Suspension components ensure your safety, precision, and full control on every trail and in every riding situation. To maintain this performance over the long term, your suspension as well as dropper seatposts require regular care and maintenance.

We recommend a complete service every 125 operating hours or at least once a year. Over time, oil and grease lose their lubricating properties, while dirt and moisture penetrate the seals. This leads to noticeable performance losses: reduced precision, less comfort, inconsistent damping – and, in the long run, increased wear on other components. The result can be unnecessary repair costs. For competitive riders, bike park enthusiasts, all-weather riders, and e-bikers, we recommend significantly shorter service intervals.

Our Service Center in Pirmasens is responsible for technical service as well as warranty support on behalf of FOX Factory and Marzocchi for aftermarket and OEM suspension components in Germany, Austria and Benelux.

BOOK YOUR FOX & MARZOCCHI SERVICE

Book your service quickly and conveniently online:

The process – as simple as this:

  1. Register your service online, fill out the form, and choose your preferred service slot. Your product must arrive at least 3 working days before the selected date.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email including a return form and a seperate email with DHL link to create your shipping label.

  3. Carefully clean and pack your product, and include the printed return form as well as a copy of your proof of purchase.

  4. Drop off your shipment with the printed or QR-code-generated DHL shipping label at your nearest DHL branch.

  5. We will inspect your product and carry out the service according to manufacturer specifications. If we have any questions, we’ll contact you directly.

  6. After completion of the service, you will receive the invoice by email. Once payment is received, your product will be securely packaged and shipped back to you via DHL.
